Sara’s website was created using a real estate back-end theme that allows for easy addition of properties and real estate information. I then used elementor, css and html to fully customize the site and its components. It is fully responsive to all screen sizes and fully expandable for future growth.
Having a strong social media presence is very important for her business. Working off the brand guide that I created makes it that much easier to have everything looking consistent and allows her brand to be easily recognized and remembered. I designed many static and motion graphics for Sara’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
The thrty3 logo is a take on the laurel wreath motif of old. One side of the wreath logo is an organic style of leaves and branches, and the opposite side is a super minimalist take on this version of the same laurel idea and it is represented as a solid curved bar. In the center the number 3 is represented by the Roman numerals for its simplicity in representing the number 3.
There are various collections I designed, here I am showing a small sample of T-shirt prints that I created for the brand thrty3.
This Collection consists of many city names and each has a longitude and latitude that if looked up in a map it would show a popular landmark in that city. There is also a QR code that can be scanned by any smart device in order to reveal a secret webpage with a surprise!

The front, back, and sides of the box were created in Photoshop then mapped onto the 3D box in Adobe Dimensions and brought back into Photoshop for the final text and design.
